- Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.  

- Shipping Issues: If you experience a shipping error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

**Limited Warranty**  

LumiMelts LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty exclusively for the original owner, ensuring that our candles, wax melts, and mist sprays are free from manufacturing defects when used and maintained properly.  

This non-transferable warranty does not cover:  
- Normal wear and tear  
- Improper use or lack of maintenance  
- Accidental damage, loss, or theft  

If a product is deemed defective, we reserve the right to replace it at our discretion.  

**Returns & Cancellations**  

- Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted.
